Shipping in Australia
We use Australia Post to ship within Australia as this is the most cost effective method. We use only Express post. The parcels are not insured but can be tracked and we have had no problems with lost parcels so far. Australia Post guarantees Express Parcels will be delivered by the next business day if the parcel is going between townships. However as we are based in Ashfield, WA, that guarantee unfortunately does not apply and your order may take an extra day longer. Express Post is still much faster (1-3 business days) than Standard Parcel post (5-6 business days), especially interstate.
Orders are processed Tuesday and Friday. Ordering before 10.00 am WST (Perth, WA) on those days will be shipped same day. Orders received after that time will be processed the next shipping day. Express orders should take approximately 1-2 business days within WA, 2-3 business days interstate – metro and 3-5 business days interstate – country, to reach you.
Our postage and handling costs $13.5 for Express Post for up to 3kg. Multiple items can be ordered for the same amount of postage which have the cumulative weight of up to 3kg.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate local pickups being without a shopfront.
Shipping Overseas
We do ship overseas. Our shopping cart will provide shipping options and prices at checkout before you actually have to pay.
We use Australia Post Pack and Track if available (NZ, US and UK) and International Express Post elsewhere. This gives the best value for money with tracking of your parcels.

Purchaser’s Responsibility: Please check with your local customs office about whether the item you intend to order is prohibited and whether there are any extra duties payable before you place an order. We do not know what these costs are or whether the item will be held up at customs so it is best you check before you order. We will however help you with any information that we have, as far as we can.
International Pack and Track and International Express Post will probably take between 7 and 10 business days. Note that it may take longer if the item is held up at customs.
